road noiseinsufficient bedding
i found several aspects of my stay less than satisfactory the room faced the road traffic noise was intrusive especially late at night the noise insulation clearly requires improvement the bed provided for children was a sofa bed it proved too small for two children aged seven and ten this lack of space led to discomfort and was not suitable for their needs bedding quality should be reconsidered

The hotel offered kayaks to explore the waters. Bicycles were also available, a great way to see the surroundings. i found hammocks scattered around the grounds. A peaceful addition for relaxation.

Our room had a well-stocked kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. beach towels were provided in abundance. A thoughtful touch for beachgoers. the balcony overlooked the water and beach. Wonderful.

Dez is such a lovely person. She is a hardworking woman and she did a great job! The resort had a warm welcome and a beautiful premise. Free water and coffee were available at the front desk, also an ice machine was accessible anytime. Kayaks, bikes and paddle boards were free.
The breakfast was sketchy at a restaurant next door. The pool was very hot, it needed more shade options. The desk staff was subpar.

Our room had two queen beds providing sufficient space, and it was super clean. The room updates felt modern. I loved the terrace, it was a plus. The bathroom was well-kept and functional for our short stay.

the hotel was very tranquil and peaceful. the water views were awesome and the balconies were a big plus. i watched fish for hours! the location is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. they are always helpful too!
there were zero hangers in the closet. the blinds were white window slat coverings. these did not close completely, so it was not as dark at night.

the grounds had kayaks and paddle boards available, this was acceptable.
The room looked much older than in the pictures. i found dead bugs in the room and a lot of dust. i expected better cleanliness for the price i paid. The condition of the room was disappointing.

the king room on the first floor provided direct access to the pool and ocean, a priceless feature. we enjoyed the easy access to paddle boards and kayaks, all maintained in good working condition. the grounds were peaceful and beautifully maintained, i spent many hours relaxing in the hammocks. the gradual entry into the pool was perfect for easy relaxing (i could have stayed there all day!).
the room, especially the bathroom, could have been larger. however, i spent most of my time enjoying the outdoor areas, so it wasn't a significant issue (i only noticed it when i came in for a shower!).

staff were very sweet and attentive to all my needs. housekeeping service was really good and ensured my room remained super clean and cozy throughout my stay. the front desk person was very accommodating and pleasant.

the pool area had clean water, though the pool had a gradual entry, great. free seaside yoga sessions were available on the beach (i found it quite refreshing!). bikes and kayaks were also provided for guest use.

I appreciated the breakfast provided. it was a good way to start the day (especially with the fresh fruit). i also liked that kayaks were available for use. I took one out for a paddle.
the noise from the road was noticeable. i could hear cars passing by even inside my waterfront standard room king bed. the pool seemed a bit unclean. the water looked cloudy, not very inviting.
